Client Services Administrator - Meadow Lake (Apply Now)

The Client Services Administrator at Protex Environmental is responsible for providing support to customers and our Administrative team in each department within the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Answering phone calls and inquiries from current and potential customers and transferring this information to our service team to take care of customer needs.
Assist front end staff, dealing with customers
Communicate and work closely with Service Coordinator with dispatch, provide pricing, quotes, drafting proposals and service agreements to customers
Provide full coverage when employees are away
Accounts receivable follow up on accounts that are in arrears
Complete credit checks and new customer setup
Handle document filing and maintaining organized records
Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers via in person, telephone, email, or via the web
Answer incoming and make outgoing calls or requests
Process customer payments via internet, telephone and in-person as needed
General administrative duties

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Motivated, proactive, and a team player.
Post-secondary education is considered an asset but not required

Processing Technician / Labourer - Meadow Lake (Apply Now)

Position & Scope

The Processing Technician / Laborer at Protex Environmental is responsible for the various daily processing activities that occur at our facilities. This position is vital to the recycling operations at the site, and also contributes to other lines of business through deliveries, services, and customer interactions.

Key Accountabilities

Under general supervision and as part of a team, perform the following:

Assist customers on site in unloading and documenting materials dropped off
Operate equipment to load/unload recycling machinery for various materials
Remove non-recyclable materials from recycling stream and bale recycling for transport
Keep all areas of the yard and recycle facility clean and well maintained
Coordinate the removal of collected recyclables
Complete documentation properly and ensure it is submitted
Container maintenance, equipment maintenance, buildings and facilities work
Other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements

No experience necessary
Must be physically fit
Must have steel toed safety boots
Good hand-eye coordination
Safety conscious
Mechanical aptitude/maintenance experience an asset
Motivated and productive
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
